Crusader was charged with illegally possessing a firearm on January 17, 2018. On February 25, 2021, he was indicted on the charge, which led to a raid on his house in 2021.
He was charged on three different charges on March 2, 2021. Gypsy pleaded guilty to charges of firearm possession, ammunition, and unlicensed firearm possession on June 22, 2021.
Gypsy was condemned to 41 months in jail and three years of court supervision on September 28. He was jailed at USP Atlanta and later transferred to FCI Petersburg Medium on November 17, 2021.
